Information You Provide to Union Line
We collect Personally Identifying Information that you provide to Union Line. “Personally Identifying Information” is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card number, and any other information that would allow someone to identify or contact you. Union Line asks for your Personally Identifying Information so that it can process and fulfill orders that you make using the Services. Of course, you may choose not to provide Union Line with Personally Identifying Information. However, this choice may prevent Union Line from providing you with the product, information, or Service you requested or that could be offered to you.
Information We Collect Automatically When You Use the Services
When you access or use the Services, we may automatically collect information about you, including usage and Log Data. Your IP address, browser, and activity on the Service.

The Information We DO NOT Intentionally Collect
We do not intentionally collect “Sensitive Personal Information”, such as personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation. If you choose to store any Sensitive Personal Information on our servers, you are responsible for complying with any regulatory controls regarding that data.
Union Line does not knowingly collect information from or direct any of our content specifically to children under 13. If we learn or have reason to suspect that you are a User who is under the age of 13, we will cease collecting information. Different countries may have different minimum age limits, and if you are below the minimum age for providing consent for data collection in your country, you may not have an Account on Union Line.
How We Use the Information
We do not rent or sell customer lists to third parties. Instead, we use information collected via the web site in the following ways:
- Provide, operate, maintain and improve the Service
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests and to provide customer service and support
- Conduct research
- Prevent potentially illegal activities
- Fulfill your requests for the Services
- Provide information that is relevant to you

The Use of Aggregate or De-Identified Information
In the future, we may use data collected to deliver focused online banner advertisements to you both on and off the Site [or Application]. By using these technologies, we hope to better tailor these advertisements to your interests. Sometimes this is called online behavioral, interest based, or retargeted advertising. Many of the third party technologies that enable these types of advertising participate in voluntary frameworks that allow you to opt out of it. Such third party service providers include Adroll, Rubicon, Google, Media Math, Perfect Audience, Quantcast, Retargeter, and Yahoo!, among others. You can control your preferences directly with each such third party service provider.
Email Marketing & Opt-In
If you order from us, or contact us, we assume you are interested in our products and therefore opt you in to our email lists, unless you indicate otherwise on your order or contact. When we email you it is typically to offer information, discounts or specials. These emails are not very frequent. If at any time you are no longer interested in receiving these emails, please unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any marketing email you receive from us.

You have the right to request that Union Line disclose certain information to you about the collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you:

- The sources for each of those categories of personal information we collected about you.
- The purposes for collecting each category of that personal information.
- How each category of personal data is shared and why.
- The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (also called a data portability request).
- If we sold or disclosed your personal information for a business purpose, the categories of data that were sold. However, we do not sell your personal information.

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12 month period. The verifiable consumer request must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We acknowledge the right to equal service, even for consumers who exercise their privacy rights.
We provide a high standard of privacy protection to all of our users around the world, regardless of their country of origin or location.
