The Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Union Line

We collect Personally Identifying Information that you provide to Union Line. “Personally Identifying Information” is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card number, and any other information that would allow someone to identify or contact you. Union Line asks for your Personally Identifying Information so that it can process and fulfill orders that you make using the Services. Of course, you may choose not to provide Union Line with Personally Identifying Information. Information We Collect Automatically When You Use the Services

If you choose to store any Sensitive Personal Information on our servers, you are responsible for complying with any regulatory controls regarding that data.

Union Line does not knowingly collect information from or direct any of our content specifically to children under 13. If we learn or have reason to suspect that you are a User who is under the age of 13, we will cease collecting information. Different countries may have different minimum age limits, and if you are below the minimum age for providing consent for data collection in your country, you may not have an Account on Union Line.

 

How We Use the Information

We do not rent or sell customer lists to third parties. Instead, we use information collected via the web site in the following ways:

Email Marketing & Opt-In

If you order from us, or contact us, we assume you are interested in our products and therefore opt you in to our email lists, unless you indicate otherwise on your order or contact. When we email you it is typically to offer information, discounts or specials. These emails are not very frequent.
